QUESTION
if i go to chic fil a and choke on a piece of plastic in my chicken sandwich ...and swollow a small piece...then go to the emergency room can i sue?

i was at chic fil a bought a spicey ckicken sandwich with pj cheese in my first bite i choked on a piece of plastic eyes watered face turned red and i spit it out i know i swollowed a little piece... i felt sick and the next day i went to the ER they gave me a prescription to help me pass the plastic... can i sue

Certainly -- anyone "can" sue anyone for anything. However, your likely damages are extremely limited -- to the actual medical expenses you incurred, any lost wages and an award for pain and suffering, which is likely to be nominal.
