If there was a tiny bone in taco whose liable?

More details to this question:
A customer said they crashed because they were eating while driving. He rear ended someone ,and said it was because he was choking on small bone that was present in his food. He called me asking for 500 with no police report and no proof of accident

As you know, you should not give anyone money just because they call and make a claim. It doesn't sound like the person has any proof to connect you or your company with the supposed accident. If you receive a demand letter from him or an attorney, you should have your own attorney review the document to determine you next steps.
