Hi i had n interview today All i would really like to know is , is an interview private ? What happens in a interview stays in the interview Noting illegal happened , it's just this guy wants to go to my manager now and ask him why we are not using this system. long story short i think my boss is coming to me tomorrow and going to ask me what's going on? again is a interview , private? if yes what can i tell this person that he crossed a line i want to go lawyer on him

While a job candidate normally expects an interview to be private, or the details to be held in confidence by the employer (to be more precise), the employer has no legal duty of to refrain from disclosing the candidate's candidacy or any "private" information disclosed by the candidate.
