Is this grounds for sexual harassment?

I work in retail with only one other coworker. he costantly runs outside to check out girls, is egar to give the young ladies discounts, complements the female customers all the time and discusses how womanly and beautiful they are to me after they leave. I feel like he heavily filrts with ghe girls and it makes me uncomfortable. What can i do? His actions are not directed at me.
