Hi, I am hoping to name my company, we will manufacture Large, 1:5 scale Remote controlled cars (not the cheapo £15 ones you get from tesco but instead perfect scale cars roughly 1 meter long that run on nitro fuel and cost in excess of £1000 ) and after a quick look on google the only other company with the same name has 1 product, a flight simulator
my question is would there be a problem regarding trademark etc?, we are both in the remote controlled industry but they are strictly flight based (planes and helicopters ) and we are strictly scale cars. also we are UK based and i think they may be based in the US

Unfortunately, your question is not sufficiently clear so that an answer can be provided to you. You do not state what it is that you plan to name your company, and what the "senior" uses of that mark are that are concerned you will infringe.
