More details to this question:
Say I have a contract with my existing employer stating that if another company buys out my employer they have to.. Triple the sales of the company in a certain period of time. If they don't the purchasing company has to give over their company to me. Providing that my current employer puts in the sale contract that all employees keep their contracts. Would this be a valid contact that would grant me ownership of the purchasing company?
