More details to this question:
Getting a divorce and my wife closed emptied and closed our corporate account. She has been using the account as a personal account since day one despite my trying to get her to run it like an S corp account should be run. We own the corp 50/50. The corp makes almost 200,000 a yr. and there is about 250,000 un accounted for over the last 3 years. Can I sue or take her to court or something? I took her from being an employee for 20 yrs and started this corp and she thinks cause she does most of the work she gets all the money? She has all the goodwill but I built the business? What can /should I do??
These are all serious issues which should be resolved as part of your divorce proceeding. If you are trying to do the divorce in pro per, that almost certainly a mistake.
