QUESTION

My business partner cheated me

More details to this question:
1.Basically my partner had the business idea and he did all of the work like, find the place to starting and running the business etc. All i did was invest all of the money ,my friend didn't invest any money . 2.Now the problem is when we went to register the company my business partner told the lawyer that he had the idea and i just did the invest and want to put me as a second part or the sleeping partner with two year contact.(before i invest i didnt write any partnership agreement). so i didn't agree to register and i didn't talk to that lawyer about it this. 3.But before i start invest the money i told my business partner the i want to be a active partner or right half of everything like profit to control of the business and he said YES but now he saying NO , 4.Now all i have is some voice recording of our conversion of him saying yes to my agreement with him before i gave him the money and ,i have paper work of i gave me the money. 5.So is there something i can do to get mine

You have an oral agreement with your business partner now.  If you want to enforce the terms of that oral agreement, then you will have to initiate a legal action.  Otherwise, you can continue to negotiate with your business partner on the written agreement.
