More details to this question:
Other employees still get theirs routinely, but when I ask for mine I''m put off. Been with company for over a year now and at 6 mths I asked for my 3 mth eval and was told to remind her ltr. I did and her reply was "in July when you have been here a yr. It''s July and I''ve reminded her again and now she said in December. I don''t get it. Other employees get theirs like clock work and I''m starting to feel discriminated against. Is there something that can be done about this?

The facts you have posted do not suggest that you have been subjected to anything illegal. As a general matter, an employer has no duty to treat all employees equally or to review them on the same cycle.
