My husband and I bought a commercial cleaning franchise. We are unhappy with the service we are getting. We want out. What kind of lawyer do we need?

More details to this question:
We have been in business for 31/2 years. The first 2 years were okay. The 3rd year the corporation started changing our agreed upon rates for the clients and then wanted us to provide the same services. 2nd thing, we were requested to do special jobs that require additional pay and we didn''t get paid for it. 3rd thing, instead of us buying supplies the corporation said the client was buying their own supplies but it had to be delivered to our house and we have to take the supplies to the building ourselves. These are the clients that the rates dropped almost half, and want us to bring the supplies to their office. We have expressed over and over that we wanted something else. We have been told we would get something else last year and still no change. Please tell me what kind of lawyer I need?
