My husband signed a contract for a yellow page ad. He canceled the ad but it ran anyway.

The bill was added to my phone bill which was under my maiden name. this was in 2004. My husband died last Oct. and I received money from a death ins. policy. I just found out their lawyers { Yellow Pages} are going to court next month to get permission to do a aka search on me. Can they come after me and can they get any of my insurance funds? My husband did file papers in court in 2007 stating that I was not involved in this decision and that he tried to cancel the ad. After that they never came after him again, just me.
