QUESTION

my son school sprayed a chemical that almost killed him

More details to this question:
he was at school playing basketball in the gym when he all of a sudden started itching really bad his face turned num and his throat was closing the coach thought for a moment he stopped breathing the ambulance had to come and get him...was they supposed to be spraying chemicals while kids are still present in school...and what can i do about this

The school and whomever sprayed the chemical, likely, both had a duty to your son. It appears that they may have breached this duty, but each case is different, and needs to be examined individually.
