my son went to a beauty skin center to do a facial and due to his membership was almost expired, he didn't renew and she put a deep scar on his face.

the scar was pretty deep so from 5/20/2012 till right now still showing on his face so as a parent to him I would like to seek a lawsuit for this. details as follows-- I bot a package deal for my 27 years old son for his pimple treatment and uptill May 20, 2012 was the last time he went to Body perfect center for the facial treatment and before that May 20, 2012 we went together for my slim treatment and he went for facing treatment. The owner and the Beautician were very pushing for us to sign for another new contract for the package deal but we would not agree with that so from that time my son had only one more treatment left which was the one for May 20's last treatment. After he went he came back with the scar on his face. 1st we thought it will healed by itself and did not pay much attention to it but right now his father found out the scar is still on his face so we are seeking for the claim from this shop.
