More details to this question:
Hi, I need a lawyer who can help me in making a working contract or a representation contract for my US company , LLC. I`m dutch as nationality but i`m the owner of a new founded business in US with scrap metals. I would like to hire someone for max $2,000 a month to help me out , especially in paying my taxes , representing me at the bank , opening or closing of bank accounts , sending or making payment from my business accounts. Please let me know how much it will cost me and if i accept , do you have any lawyers phone numbers to call them to provide more details in what i need ? Thank You, Joseph PS: I`m thinking that if you can work this out with me then maybe i will accept your services for my company as well. Waiting on some answers by email as calling to The Netherlands is quite expensive.

Please be advised that I am an attorney who does this type of work but would need to consult with you further to discuss the work and legal chargers for it. It also sounds like you are looking for more than anattorney. Michael >  Michael I.
