Need help in a contract from car dealership does your firm deal with these kinds of matters?

Went to car lot to purchase car and found one interested in Saleman and finance person said we could think about it for a week but had gotten me approved for a loan. I called them back within the week and advised didn't want to get car now things weren't gonna work out and now car dealership is pressuring me saying we signed an arbitration paper that says we have to take the car . We were not given any copies of signed papers nor did we take delivery of the car. Can you help us?
