I am about to start a new businesss that works on pyramid structure from referrals the subscription fee is lets say 10 dollars and you got to refer people paying 10 percent to level 1, 5% to level 2, 3% to level 3 and 2% to level 4 and make investments of the remaining is this idea legitimate
