More details to this question:
I had taken out a payday loan and have been paying on it for awhile now the original loan was for 600 and as to date i have paid back 1090.00 in fees and on the loan itself and want to know if there is anything legal i could do to stop paying more in since i already paid almost twice the loan amount
So, it may be that you still owe a balance. But, unless you want to sue them, which will actually cost you money, there is nothing to do but cease payment. The creditor can then sue you.
