PROTECTING MYSELF WHEN SEELLING BUSINESS

More details to this question:
I am selling my lawn service(all equipment,truck trailer etc.) the accounts I have are class A custom homes that require knowledge and no how. the buyer has no experience or knowledge of florida landscape, but very confident that he can do the job.he wants to do a simple contract and so do I . I don't want there to be a problem a month down the road if he starts losing accounts. should I be worried about this or is there a way to write this contract. all my customers are willing to give him a chance. please help. thank you , Alan Bedell

You should see a business attorney to draw up an purchase & sale agreement. You want to make sure you have no obligation to your former clients.
