Question about Donation vs inome

More details to this question:
If an unemployed person is ready to receive unemployment benefits, takes up couple hours a week to teach children to supplement its weekly benefits rate, and establishes that there is Donation for classes and not tuition, could that jeopardize him/her from receiving the benefits, even though he categorizes is as Donation and not real price?

A "donation" to a person who receives it in return for his labor and services is income for purposes of determining eligibility for unemployment benefits.
