More details to this question:
4 years ago I had knee surgery, and ended up addicted to non prescribed painkillers. I am currently in shelter house, which is part of an outpatient and intensive outpatient facility. Almost every employee at the house is a recovering addict, who have also been thought (or caughr) stealing. Also, we only have access to meds at 6am and 8pm. I have take as needed medicine, xanex, for panic attacks, which I have no access to. Also, I have adderall that I''m required to submit to the supervision of an addict. Also, I could not select the proper state, which is Maryland.
Assuming your housing arrangements are voluntary and compliance with the rules of the institution is required for all residents, I can think of no legal reason why those rules should not be applied on a non-discriminatory basis to you. If you are involuntarily committed and are being denied needed medication on the schedule prescribed by your physician, that might be another story.
