regarding brand infringment

More details to this question:
business sole prop question- I have a product I want to sell from china, it is a lipgloss that has minnie mouse looking ears on top with a red bow and four white dots. will I get in trouble with Disney, if there is no "minnie mouse" labels, or any labels to Disney? on what grounds is it safe for me to sell? please let me know if there is any way this can work. thanks

If Disney finds out, Disney will sue you. You are buying it from China precise because it looks like Minnie but is cheaper since they don't pay royalties. By the way, anyone you sell to that gets sued by Disney will turn around and sue you.
