Update Your Profile
You will shortly find yourself as the defendant in a lawsuit to take your domain name based on 'cybersquatting". Your disclaimer will be of no value. Your understanding of trademark is totally incorrect so far as trademarked family names is concerned. See Ford Motor Company, Gallo Wines and thousands of others.
