Sales person keeps calling after told to not call again

http://www.davison.com/ keeps calling and sending emails even though requested not to send emails nor call again. Do Not Call law. I am writing this question for an elderly woman who fell in a trap of already spending $800 as part of her invention. Then they wanted much more to move forward and she decided it was too much and told them to keep what they got so far and to not call nor send emails again. They keep calling and sending emails. I read that we have to register on donotcal.gov and wait for 31 days for that to activate. Any calls afterward is liable to be sued for $500 per illegal call and $1,500 per knowingly illegal call. What should this woman do? She is 73 years old.

I think there's a feature on her phone that she can use to block calls from certain phone numbers. Its going to be *__ -- not sure of the numbers. Call whomever she uses for her telephone service and ask this question. That might be the easiest fix. You can probably block emails from them as well by marking the sender as "junk" and to have emails from that sender blocked by her email service.
