I own part of two properties in Stamford as a result of an inheritance. I have made it obvious to all three of my partners that I wish to be bought out. My partners seem unwilling to allow me to separate.

It may be possible to force a sale on the properties through a Partition Action or perhaps a disolution of the corporation in order to get you compensated. There may be several options available to you but I would advise seeking legal counsel very soon.   Please feel free to contact me for further assistance
