More details to this question:
I used some savings money to invest in real estate with a partner. The partner is doing all of the physicals work. We're getting ready to sell and make a profit and I would like to open a business account and keep investing from there. I will be the sole owner. I will only give money to invest, collect the investment plus profit and do it over again.
