QUESTION

Asked on Aug 26th, 2015 on Business Law - California
More details to this question:
Small Bus. Partner failed to honor oral agreements to the best of my knowledge, some proof exists. After having a few heated discussions I find locks changed, security code changed without notice. Says no longer in business. No no notice or procedure to dissolve. Seeks full ownership of some mutual property (creative/intellectual/works) Additional: giving temp employee OTC pills for a video project; hired a 14 year old (with mothers permission but for same video project going against film law and what was agreed prior ie. no minors). Partner verbally accused 3rd party of sabotage, 3rd party verbally accused partner of sabotage (I am in the middle of it). More.

You don't actually post a question. Clearly this will only be resolved by litigation. Begin to assemble a written narrative of the facts and annotate it with whatever documents you may have. That will make a good impression on the attorney you hire and will help keep your legal fees down.
