Dress company in the United Kingdom has been threatening our Instagram and facebook pages and threatning our compay with a lawsuit. They are stating we are infringing your product/design. They knockoff designers and other dress companies. We import our dresses from manufactures in China. There are 1000s of manufactures in China selling the same dresses to vendors like ourselves. this company has never provided any legal proof that these bandage dresses are copyrighted and soley their design. They are based in The united Kingdom and we are in the USA. WHat are our rights and what can we do. They got our instagram deleted.
