More details to this question:
Is there a way to keep selling them? They're already sold as a "science kit", but that wasn't good enough. I'm asking out of curiosity and concern, but if anyone thinks they can help and wants to make money, contact Zen Magnets or Maxfield and Oberton.
The CPSC regulation will have the force of law once enacted. The regulation is limited to its express terms. Magnet sets that do not fall within the specific proscriptions of the regulation are still permitted.
