My potential clothing brand name is (example: "CLEVER ONE") but there is also a clothing brand with the similar name ("CLEVER CLOTHING"). And there is a third clothing brand name (KLEVER) same pronunciation. ("CLEVER CLOTHING") rejected by uspto because of likelihood of confusion with (KLEVER) brand. My question is will my potential brand name (CLEVER ONE) be ok? Thanks

If "Clever Clothing" was rejected, it seems likely that "Clever One" will also be rejected for the class of apparel.
