I am the sole owner of a small business LLC. There are no members, or employees. I have decided to leave the business, but instead of closing it, I want to transfer full ownership of the LLC to my brother. How do I do this?

Transfer the membership certificates, and amend the operating agreement. Really simple if you have the black book notebook you probably got when you formed the LLC.
