Dear Sir/Mdm.: Every case must have three elements, liability, damages and a source for recovery. It is difficult to discern the damages that were occasioned by your particular incident. The damages must be quantifiable and unless there was documented medical treatment ordocumented physical or emotional injury, it appears that you lack the "damage" component. There is a two-year statute of limitations with respect to personal injury claims that are the result of negligence.
