More details to this question:
in jan, 22 2020 a default was filled case no. 201423gc in district court. since then they got a lawyer and give some lame reasons why they wanted to side aside so their lawyer set a hearing for April 26 by telephone as i all ready won by default. we filed fo $ 20.000. when we have enough prove for $ 50.000 we need help to which way to go thank you pastor dune plonta .e mial dplonta @hotmail.com

Just because you won a case by Default, it does not mean it is a done deal. In most States, the opposing side has almost a year to come up with some excuse, and the Judge will vacate the Default Order. In your case, it has been more than year. That might work in your favor. If you can prove up to $50,000, find a local litigation attorney to help you prevent the Default from being vacated.
