Website names

More details to this question:
I am making a website for students in my university, its like a social network where people can trade their items inside school like books, games, furniture and much more...so my question is..is it ok to use a website name with the university name on it like "www.utatrade.com" UTA is University of Texas - Arlington where i go and trade is like trading. Is this against any law and/or will this get me in a big trouble? Thank you

I would advise strongly against using the university's name in your web domain. That name may be considered a trade or service mark, and they may sue you for infringing on the use of that name. The University of Texas has successfully sued an unrelated business for using its marks.
