What can I do when if my job closed down?

Hi, I have been working with this company for years now. They are a homemaker company. They closed down today without notice. I found this out when I went to pick up my check from the company. Everyone was outside complaining. No one received their pays. They currently owe me 3,000 dollars. I don't know what to do. Please help me.
