More details to this question:
I used an online company to get a car loan. Company sends me to a recommended dealership and the sales person says yes we will work with you. When I get there they say no we don't want to use your loan package from that company.So they run my credit through other banking insitutions and when it comes back declined they say sorry we can't help you even through the company that recommended them has approved me for a loan.

It is difficult to understand how you have been harmed in any legally recognized way; you aren't out any money; you are free to go to another dealer. The "recommended" dealership did not tell you that they would do anything other than "work with you."
