I made a huge mistake bought this business based on what he told me these many years, rather than hire a professional look over all the information. I fund out lately the tax information he provided me is untruthful, because he didn't report the biggest expense-employee wages, which made his net twice higher. I made a mistake, and I am not expecting get everything back. I just want to him pay for the lie, and take the responsibility of leading me used untruthful schedule C got the business loan.
