LONG: despite multiple attempts to get the lease we agreed on when I paid 1st last sec total 4800, still dont have one. multiple issues but realized she wasnt going to fix anything her always excuse they dont' have time they work 6-7 days a week. mentioned to her I would just do any small repair that may come up myself but she needed to agree to handle bigger issues. Other things have happened leading up to the biggest concern WATER.. Florida Statue states Right to a Habitable Home: Landlords must maintain the rental property in a condition that meets health and safety standards. This includes ensuring that the property has working plumbing, heating, and electrical systems. After numerous attempts to get her to address the water i called a company to come out.. They reset the new water filer system and tested the water resulting in issues of very high levels of lead (90ppm) sulfur and phosphates. advise landlord of such and requesting it be address and instead she is evicting me,
