More details to this question:
I took my vacuum cleaner to be repaired at a certified Electrolux shop. After not hearing from them for three weeks, I called to check on the progress of the repair. They gave my vacuum cleaner to someone else without my authorazation or knowledge. They have no paper work and cannot locate my vacuum cleaner. At this point I'm not sure if I should be responsible to pay for service should they find my cleaner. I am a neat freak, what if the person who has MY vacuum is a smoker or has an indoor pet? Yuck!
