What should I do? I found a choked/found a bone while castle sandwich

My boyfriend all most died by Choking.... taking a bite out of a Whitecastle chicken breast sandwich finding a bone about 4 inches long it was very disturbing it's very hard for him to eat food because his mouth hurts and because he is dramatize this could have been a kid this could have been a senior anybody would've died from this bone and the sharpness of it on my God we have evidence receipt, chicken with bone, prove my boyfriend went to the hospital,from pain In mouth,pictures of bone n chicken at the time, White Castles Manager is just stalling us they was supposed to call us and they never did I just want to get this matter solved
