More details to this question:
have received a pre litigation notice from an attorney for writing a review for a service I didn’t like. The service was for marketing. I wrote in the review it can take 6 to 8 months to get sales. I wrote this based my experience and what has been suggested by their manager. At first the attorney sent me a cease and desist letter suggesting that what I wrote was false statement. I have sent him an email stating what I wrote was based on the information from their marketing manager. He replied with the threat that he will move forward with the litigation if I don’t remove the review immediately. I have never replied to that email as it didn’t make any sense and I was already stressed out about all the money .A couple of days ago I received a pre litigation notice that they are requesting a judge to enter litigation in Hillsborough county Florida . I don’t know why he picked that county. I live in Houston and none of the company address the attorney listed of the company are located

There is no such thing as a pre-litigation notice provided to a judge. There is a lawsuit or there is not. This sounds like there is a lawsuit filed. You need to retain a lawyer ASAP to address this regardless. Depending on what you actually stated, there may be several remedies that might be available to "nip this in the bud" but they must be handled by a lawyer to be effective. Ignoring legal notices from lawyers is NOT a meaningful means to resolve such issues, as you now see.
