What should I hire my employees as - 1099 contractors or W2 employees?

I am the owner of a PLLC that does mental health counseling services in TN. I am trying to figure our how to hire my counselors. I will be hiring them to provide therapy to clients of the counseling center, and they will also be seeing community referrals in my facility. I don't mind submitting their taxes - but I do not want get into the territory of offering them insurance. I also don't need to control their scheduling, but do want them to be able to use our company logo on their paperwork and business cards. They will work between 30-40 hours a week. Help!
