More details to this question:
I've started a blog. I know I will monetize it in the future via ads as traffic grows. Eventually I will want to add advertising, social media marketing campaigns and management, and possible website management and design as future services. What kind of license will I need for this? Would I have to collect sales tax on these types of things? As I'm building momentum into this venture will I be able to write expenses off on taxes such as web hosting, domain hosting, and other various things pertaining to the business? Thank you for your time. I have no qualms contacting a local small business lawyer for a consultation about this which is how I ended up here looking for one.

You will need a business license. Other than that, I do not know of any license that you will need. I would suggest that you need to talk with an accountant about tax issues. Find an attorney and accountant in your area whom you can consult.
