More details to this question:
Hello, I am looking for some advice. I have an automotive LLC business with my partner and due to various disputes and not being able to have a peaceful working environment I have been forced to move out of the shop and could no longer conduct business from there. I have not been at the shop for over 7 months now and my partner keeps promising he will pay me back my end of ownership which is written in the contract along with additional fees for shop improvements including additional land that was bought for the shop. He has hired someone to work in my space already for the past 6 months and it seems he has no intention of paying me back. I would just like get back what is rightfully owed and put this all behind me. Any advice would be greatly appreciated and if you need to see a copy of the contract I would be more than happy to provide. Thank you for your time. -Chris
