When my company was sold ,I wrote 3 letters to the president of Co. I am being layed off before people with less seniority than me.

I have been told to train other people to do my job. I thought my job was going overseas, because 90% of the Co is . The company I worked for was sold to this very large Co. At the begining of this year I wrote a few letters to the president of the Co. telling him how unhappy we were here, got a terrible raise, health insurance horrible etc. Now I think this is why I am being layed off. Anything I can do about this?
Not really. Unless you have an employment contract, your employment is deemed to be "at will." That means that you can be fired (or laid off) at any time for any reason or no reason at all.
