Where can I find a lawyer to talk to about starting a business and the legal documents i would need. As well as additional terms and conditions?

My friend and I have been working on website that we have designed and set up a business plan for. We are ready to move forward this this idea but want to take the necessary legal steps before talking to venture capitalists or incorporating. This is a field we are unfamiliar in and want to speak to someone face to face about.
