More details to this question:
I am a small company in Kansas, my company was hired to help another small company on a project in Wichita Kansas. Now they're disputing the hours and do not want to pay. My question is do I have to sue them in their state, which is Colorado, or can I sue them here since the work was all done here?

Assuming thetre is no provision in your contract specifying that any suit needs to be filed in some other jurisdiction, or mandating arbitration, you should be able to sue in Kansas.
