More details to this question:
I got in to a car accident, cone to find out the guy didnt have a license, so we exchanged info and i left but the cops ended up showing up and he called his girlfriend to say she was driving. I going to court now for 15 tickets and a lost of license for a few years and the court is using her as a witness to prove it was me driving. I can prove that she was driving or on the scene till after the accident , the guy has sent me message via Facebook stating that she wasn't driving or know anything about the accident.. Would this help me beat case or at least no lose my license

you cannot leave the scene of the accident after there has been property damage. you must wait for the police to arrive. you must notify the police of the accident. you must address the 15 charges. i would have to review the police reports to determine the evidence against you and your defenses. do you have a clean driving record ? the prosecutor will be influenced by your driving record. please call and we can discuss. ed dimon, esq. 732-797-1600 ext 235
