I’m being harassed to pay dues to the Rarity Bay Country Club in Vonore, TN. I did not wish to join the club when I bought my condo and informed the agent at that time. The new owners of the property insist that I signed up for a Premier Membership in the club. I did not. I am permanently disabled and have no possible use for this membership. I was also informed that I was not the only resident affected. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you

I have no legal advice to give you. However, keep on saying "no" and keep a record of everytime that you talk with them and who you talk with to say "no".
