Appeal college admission decision

More details to this question:
As an applicant of a medical school. I came to know one of the deans thru my research work. I was interviewed by another dean and other profs of the same medical school. I had a very good interview. Some profs gave me their business cards asking me to join the college and continue my research work with them, Two weeks later the admission dean told me that he was ready to admit me, but some of the interviewers didn't approve me for admission. When I told him that some profs. actually gave me their business card, he was little embarrassed. The admission office told me that the adm. dean didn't take their permission before he invited me to the interview. So the admission office wont approve my admission. I also talked to the other Dean who was interested in my research. She told me repeatedly that the adm. dean was ready to admit me. its just because he didn't follow the interview process. Now I am the victim. She is asking me to appeal the admission decision. What should I do

we have had success negotiating settlements with private entities. we have not had success filing civil complaints against private entities. the private eniity can make their own rules and regulations. they cannot violate their own rules. they cannot discriminate based upon race, religion, sex, etc. please let me know if we can help you with the negotiations. our involvement allows the school to speak more openly and to suggest areas of 'common ground'. ed dimon, esq 732-797-1600.
