QUESTION

Can a judge order a plaintiff to check email twice a day during certain times?

More details to this question:
Post divorce judgement--five years later as a result of a motion, I was ordered to utilize the website OurFamilyWizard.com. I must pay $99 a year to use a gmail-similar type progrm (a rip-off of it) and check my email twice a day 2:30-3:30 and 9:30-10:30 regardless of whoever has custody that day, regardless of weddings, illness, vacations, etc. MIght I add that he is an admitted "post marital" homosexual and I feel the judge just doesn't wish to touch the "gay" card? This, along with a couple of other eyebrow raising things I feel are a violation of my civil rights.

Yes. Courts are using any vehicle to allow for visitation or other post divorce issues. NJ is no fault state so judge cannot consider any 'faults'. Ed Dimon
